Developing Healthy Lifestyle – By and large sisters are conscious of fitness through physical exercises like walking at least 30 minutes a day and yoga and meditation for at 30 minutes daily. Yoga is introduced in all our JMJ Institutions which creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns and relaxes the mind. Physical activity includes taking active part in community activities like cooking, cleaning, gardening etc.
